IDEAL HALL

TST's Ideal Hall, with a surprising interior, has a special appeal and spacious facility.

The Hall seats up to 350 people for your event.

We offer such amenities as a large dance floor and bar area, a stage for entertainment, and comfortable booths and table seating.

You will truly enjoy your experience when you have been taken care of by TST Creative Catering and their staff, exclusive caterers to Ideal Hall.

  • Rates & Services

    Our weekend rental rate is $1,500.00 for Ideal Hall. 

     

    The hall is beautifully decorated with white twinkle lights surrounding the dance floor and throughout the hall. A beautiful waterfall and grotto can be seen on the links page. There is a podium for your guest book and a locked box for your cards. The hall does not allow confetti or skittles candy. Price includes setup and takedown of tables, chairs, trash removal, and cleanup. Any decor you bring in you are responsible for setup and must be taken with you following the end of the event. 

     

    You are welcome to use the space for a wedding ceremony for an additional $200. 

    We can also officiate your wedding for an additional $300. 

    TST Creative Catering is the sole caterer for Ideal Hall, check out our menus for pricing.

  • DEPOSIT

    A non-refundable deposit of $750 is required at the time of booking. An additional check for $250 is required as well and held for a damage deposit (the damage deposit will be refunded only after an event; providing no damage occurs).

  • CANCELLATIONS

    Specialty items and wedding events are non-refundable.

  • PAYMENT

    Full payment must be made 2 weeks before the event.

  • PAYMENT METHOD

    Cash or Check. Corporate functions will be invoiced. We also accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.

  • PRICES

    Prices and the menu are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or an 18% service charge. Gratuity is NOT included in the service charge.

  • GUEST COUNT

    A confirmed customer count must be given to us 2 weeks before the event. The number that is given to us is what we prepare for and charge you for. All children under 10 can be counted as 2 people for 1 plate.

  • FOOD & BEVERAGE

    No food or beverage of ANY kind will be permitted to be brought into Ideal Hall by any persons, except wedding cakes.

  • MUSIC

    Either live entertainment or D.J. is the renter's choice and payment is the renter's responsibility. If you would like referrals, contact us.

  • SECURITY

    A security officer must be on duty whenever alcoholic beverages are served between 8:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. for $225.00. Ideal Hall will schedule security and Payment is the renter's responsibility.

  • HOURS

    Your event ends at midnight. All guests must be off the premises by 12:30 a.m.

  • BAR SERVICE

    We have on site and off site bar options complete with a variety of beverage options and bartenders. Call us for more information or refer to the Scandia Creamery Beverage List for additional details!

Our menus offer a variety of American entrees as well as other cuisines. The exclusive caterer of The Scandia Creamery is TST Creative Catering. If you have a specific menu in mind, we will be happy to work with you to prepare a menu to fit your taste and budget!
